What’s the process?
1. Get in touch
Fill out the form! Let us know what we can help you with. We can give you a rough estimate and answer any questions.
2. Initial assessment and estimate
Schedule a 30 minute meeting (weekdays, 10-6) at our Capitol Hill studio. We’ll take a look at your pieces or discuss your designs and give you an estimate. You’ll get to see what a jeweler's studio looks like and see where the magic happens.
3. Quote
We’ll figure out exactly what will be needed and email you a quote.
4. Approve or adjust
If everything sounds good to you, great! You’ll put down a deposit, and we’ll get to work.
5. Repair or fabricate
We’ll repair your jewelry or redesign your heirloom. It should take 1-2 weeks for repairs, or 2-6 weeks for redesigns. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and send you an email with the invoice when we’re all done.
6. Pickup and payment
Schedule a time to come pick up your jewelry! We’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied and settle up.
